Waffle cups are a great way to hold a variety of things, especially fruit salads and desserts. In this case it turns a light snack into a light meal with the added starch. Not only is it “environmentally friendly”, but afterwards you can skip doing dishes also. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS
- 2 waffle cups
- 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries
- 1/2 cup of sliced apples
- 1/2 cup of sliced Asian pears
- 1/2 cup of blueberries
- 1/2 cup of cubed papaya
DIRECTIONS

Mix all ingredients and place into waffle cup. Top with your choice of yogurt, low-fat ice cream, chocolate syrup or honey. Enjoy. |
