INGREDIENTS
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup of iceberg lettuce
- 1/3 cup of purple cabbage, julienned
- 1/2 an avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup Bell pepper (any color), julienned
- 1/4 cup of tomatoes, diced
- Onions, sliced (optional)
NOTE
If you only put vegetables in your burrito, it will be too dry. Try adding some avocado, light yogurt, or your favorite sauce.
DIRECTIONS

Heat tortillas on stove until fully cooked. | |

Lay tortillas flat, and add desired ingredients. | |
