9 BEAN SPROUTS, CELERY SALAD * * *
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups of raw beansprouts
- 1 cup of celery, julienned
- 1/2 cup of carrots, julienned
- Salt, to taste
- Sugar, to taste
- 1 Tbsp of sesame oil
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Rinse beansprouts and remove the root if necessary. Place beansprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes then drain. |
Step 2 |
Boil the julienned carrots for 1-2 minutes, then drain. |
Step 3 |
Combine all the ingredients. Add salt and sugar to taste, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. You can serve immediately, or chill in refrigerator for 30 min-1 hour, which will enhance the flavors. |

- 胡蘿蔔:1/2 杯,切絲
- 鹽:少許
- 糖:少許
- 麻油:少許

黃豆芽洗淨,去掉根部,用滾水煮 1-2 分鐘撈起 |
Step 2 |
再燙一下胡蘿蔔絲撈出 |
Step 3 |
把所有材料和調味料拌均勻即可食用,冰一下也很好吃! |
