9 BEAN SPROUTS, CELERY SALAD * * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 cups of raw beansprouts
  • 1 cup of celery, julienned
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, julienned
  • Salt, to taste
  • Sugar, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp of sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Rinse beansprouts and remove the root if necessary. Place beansprouts in boiling water for 1-2 minutes then drain.
Step 2
Boil the julienned carrots for 1-2 minutes, then drain.
Step 3
Combine all the ingredients. Add salt and sugar to taste, and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. You can serve immediately, or chill in refrigerator for 30 min-1 hour, which will enhance the flavors.

  • 黃豆芽:1/2 磅,或 3 杯
  • 芹菜:1 杯,切絲
  • 胡蘿蔔:1/2 杯,切絲
  • 鹽:少許
  • 糖:少許
  • 麻油:少許

做 法

Step 1
黃豆芽洗淨,去掉根部,用滾水煮 1-2 分鐘撈起
Step 2
再燙一下胡蘿蔔絲撈出
Step 3
把所有材料和調味料拌均勻即可食用,冰一下也很好吃!
