25 Stir-fried Portabella Mushrooms and Bell Peppers * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 portabella mushroom, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of red Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of green Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of yellow Bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of onions, sliced
  • A dash of oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A few drops of soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat some oil in a pan. Stir-fry the onions first, and then add all of the Bell peppers.
Step 2
Then add all of the seasonings and stir-fry until everything is evenly mixed. Spray a small amount of water to ensure that the Bell peppers are a little soft but still crunchy.
Step 3
Add the portabella mushroom and stir-fry for a bit, then serve.
