27 Homemade Pizza * * *

When my son was young, he often invited his classmates over to go swimming. After swimming they would always be hungry. It was at that time that I invented this homemade pizza recipe. It’s both quick and convenient. It’s also a good meal for single people to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 piece of flat bread (can substitute with French bread)
  • 1/2-2/3 cup of shredded cheese
  • 1/2-1 tomato, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/4 cup of baby spinach (can substitute with green Bell pepper and basil)
  • Some spaghetti sauce

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C). Coat the top of the flat bread with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce, leaving some space around the edges. Then sprinkle the top with a layer of shredded cheese.
Step 2
Spread the tomatoes, onions, spinach, and mushrooms evenly on top of the cheese. Then sprinkle on a little more cheese. This will keep the vegetables from sliding off the top.
Step 3
Place the pizza on a baking sheet and put it in the oven. Cook for 5-6 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted.

P.S.

If you want to prepare your pizza even more quickly, you can put the pizza in the microwave on high for 2-3 minutes, until the cheese is completely melted, instead of putting it in the oven. However, the crust will come out less crispy.
