Step 1 |
Wash and cut all of the vegetables. Arrange them on a dish. |

Make sauce 1: Mix 2 Tbsp of soy sauce with some water. Then add the vinegar, sugar, ginger, and cilantro and mix well. |

Make sauce 2: Mix 1 Tbsp of soy sauce with some water, the peanut butter, and sugar. Blend until smooth. |
Step 4 |
Make sauce 3: Mix the miso paste with some boiling water and sugar, and mix well. |
Step 5 |
Place your choice of vegetables inside the leaf of lettuce. Drizzle some of sauce 1, 2, or 3 on top, then roll up the lettuce leaf and enjoy! |
