51 Braised Tofu Sheets and Black Fungus
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of tofu sheets, if you are using dried tofu sheets soak them in water first until soft
- 1 cup of black fungus; wash, soak until soft, remove the stems
- 1/2 cup of mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup of carrots, sliced
- A dash of soy sauce
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- A dash of oil
- 1-2 cups of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Heat oil in a pan and stir-fry the carrots. Then add the black fungus. Next add all of the seasonings, mix well. Then add the water and cover the pan. Simmer over medium-low heat for 5 minutes. |
Step 2 |
Take off the lid and add the tofu sheets, mix well. Turn the heat up to medium and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Finally add the mushrooms, stir-fry for a bit, and serve. |
