55 Braised Peas and Corn with Tomato * * *

If you’re using frozen peas, corn, and carrots this is a very quick dish to make.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1/2-1 cup of tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of corn
  • 1/4 cup of mushrooms, diced
  • 1/4 cup of carrots, diced
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of oil
  • 1 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and stir-fry the tomatoes until they’re soft.
Step 2
Add the rest of the ingredients and seasonings to the tomatoes. Then add 1 cup of water. Cover the pan and cook for 2 minutes before serving.
