66 Portabella Veggie Burger * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 portabella mushroom
  • 2-3 slices of tomato
  • 2-3 leaves of lettuce
  • 1 slice of onion
  • 1 hamburger bun (or your favorite type of bun)
  • A spoonful of yogurt, or your favorite condiment
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A dash of olive oil

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Coat the whole mushroom, top and bottom, with a thin layer of soy sauce. Then sprinkle some pepper on it.
Step 2
Pan fry the portabella mushroom in a small saucepan over medium heat. Then turn the heat down to low, cover, and cook for 1-2 minutes.
Step 3
Heat a little bit of olive oil in a pan over low heat. Open the bun and heat the inside of each half of the bun for 1 minute. Remove.
Step 4
Put the portabella mushroom on top of the bottom half of the bun. Add the tomato, lettuce, and onion. Then spread on the yogurt or favorite condiment, put the top half of the bun over everything and serve. This is a delicious and nutritious veggie burger.
