76 Braised Tomato and Cabbage

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of tomato, coarsely chopped
  • 4 cups of cabbage, or half a head, coarsely chopped
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of oil
  • 1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. First stir-fry the tomatoes, then add the cabbage and stir-fry them together.
Step 2
Then add half a cup of water, cover the pan, and simmer for 2-3 minutes, until the cabbage becomes soft. Then add salt and sugar to taste, transfer to a serving dish, and serve.
