79 Cold Tofu Dish with Peas and Mushrooms * * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 cups of firm tofu
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of mushrooms, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of carrots, chopped
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • A dash of soy sauce

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
First blanch the peas, mushrooms, and carrots in boiling water. Drain the excess water and set aside.
Step 2
Crumble the firm tofu in a large bowl. Add the rest of the ingredients and the seasonings and mix well. Transfer to a dish and serve.
