81 Bean Sprouts and Bell Peppers * * *
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 cups of mung bean sprouts
- 1/2 cup of red Bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup of yellow Bell pepper, coarsely chopped
- 3-4 leaves of basil, chopped
- 1 Tbsp of prunes, diced
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of vinegar
- A dash of sesame oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Chop the red and yellow Bell peppers. Wash the basil and chop that too. Set aside. |
Step 2 |
Rinse the bean sprouts and cut off the roots. Combine the bean sprouts with the rest of the ingredients and seasonings. Mix thoroughly, transfer to a plate, then serve. |

- 紅椒:1/2 杯,切成小塊
- 黃椒:1/2 杯,切成小塊
- 九層塔:3-4 片,切成末
- 美國黑棗乾:1 湯匙,切丁
- 醬油、醋、麻油:少許
- 鹽、糖:少許

把紅、黃椒,切成小塊,九層塔洗淨切成碎末備用 |
Step 2 |
把綠豆芽洗淨去掉根部,加入紅椒,黃椒,九層塔,及所有的調味料拌均勻,即可裝盤食用。 |
