81 Bean Sprouts and Bell Peppers * * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 2-3 cups of mung bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of red Bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup of yellow Bell pepper, coarsely chopped
  • 3-4 leaves of basil, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp of prunes, diced
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • A dash of vinegar
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Chop the red and yellow Bell peppers. Wash the basil and chop that too. Set aside.
Step 2
Rinse the bean sprouts and cut off the roots. Combine the bean sprouts with the rest of the ingredients and seasonings. Mix thoroughly, transfer to a plate, then serve.

  • 綠豆芽:2-3 杯
  • 紅椒:1/2 杯,切成小塊
  • 黃椒:1/2 杯,切成小塊
  • 九層塔:3-4 片,切成末
  • 美國黑棗乾:1 湯匙,切丁
  • 醬油、醋、麻油:少許
  • 鹽、糖:少許

做 法

Step 1
把紅、黃椒,切成小塊,九層塔洗淨切成碎末備用
Step 2
把綠豆芽洗淨去掉根部,加入紅椒,黃椒,九層塔,及所有的調味料拌均勻,即可裝盤食用。
