83 Curried Potato and Fruit Salad Cup
INGREDIENTS
- 2-3 potatoes; boiled, peeled, and finely diced
- 1 Japanese cucumber, finely diced
- 1/4 cup of onion, finely diced
- 1/2 cup of watermelon, or strawberries, etc., whichever red fruit is in season
- 1/2 cup of cantaloupe, or any other colorful seasonal fruit
- 1/2 tsp of curry powder
- A pinch of salt
- Mayonnaise or yogurt, to taste
- 1-2 waffle bowls
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Boil the potatoes in their skins. Then peel and finely diced them and set aside. |
Step 2 |
Finely dice the Japanese cucumber and onion and set aside. |
Step 3 |
Chop the watermelon and cantaloupe, or seasonal fruits and set aside. |
Step 4 |
In a large bowl mix the diced potatoes, salt, mayonnaise, curry powder, and diced onions. Then add the diced cucumber and mix well. |
Step 5 |
Pack the potato salad into the waffle bowl and put the chopped fruit on top as a garnish and serve. |

材料
- 洋芋丁:2-3 個,煮熟去皮切小丁
- 小黃瓜丁:1 根,日本小黃瓜
- 洋蔥丁:1/4 杯
- 西瓜丁:1/2 杯,或草莓等當季的紅色水果
- 哈密瓜丁:1/2 杯,或當季的有色水果
- 咖喱粉:1/2 茶匙
- 鹽:少許
- 美乃滋醬:適量,也可用酸奶
- 蛋捲杯:1-2 個(裝冰淇淋的)
做 法
Step 1 |
先把洋芋連皮煮熟後,去皮切成小丁備用 |
Step 2 |
把小黃瓜,洋蔥都切小丁備用 |
Step 3 |
把西瓜、哈密瓜或各種季節水果切成小塊備用 |
Step 4 |
把洋芋丁放入大容器中加少許的鹽、美乃滋醬、咖哩粉、洋蔥丁拌勻後,再加入小黃瓜丁,拌勻 |
Step 5 |
把做好的洋芋沙拉裝進蛋捲杯中,裝飾上水果丁,即可食用。 |
