86 Egg Salad in an Ice Cream Cone
This is a very convenient snack. Children particularly enjoy eating this snack while playing video games or doing their homework.
INGREDIENTS
- 4-8 eggs, boiled and finely chopped
- 1 Japanese cucumber, cut into thin strips
- 1-4 cherry tomatoes
- Mayonnaise or yogurt, to taste
- A pinch of salt
- 2-4 ice cream cones
DIRECTIONS

Wash the cucumber and cut it into thin strips. | |
Step 2 | |
Hard-boil the eggs and then peel and finely chop them. Put the chopped egg in a large bowl and add at least enough mayonnaise to make the egg stick together. Also add the salt and any other seasonings and mix well. | |
Step 3 | |
Use an ice cream scoop to transfer the egg salad to the cone and press down gently with the scoop. Stick in a few strips of cucumber and a cherry tomato for garnish and serve. |

- 美乃滋:適量,或酸奶
- 鹽:少許
- 甜筒:2-4 個,冰淇淋用的
做 法

把蛋連殼先煮熟,去殼切成細末,放入大容器中,加入美乃滋醬,少量的鹽糖調味,即成為蛋沙拉 | |

把蛋沙拉用冰淇淋勺子加入甜筒中壓緊,在插上小黃瓜,小蕃茄,即成為蛋沙拉甜筒 |
