87 Braised Tomato and Tofu * * *

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 cups of tomato, sliced
  • 3-4 cups of tofu, cut into bite-sized squares
  • A few basil leaves
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • 1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the tofu into bite-sized squares and set aside.
Step 2
Add oil to a wok or pan and stir-fry the tomatoes over medium heat until they are soft.
Step 3
Add the tofu and a pinch of salt and sugar. Gently stir-fry until well mixed. Then add half a cup of water, put the lid over the pan, and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Next take off the lid and add the basil leaves. After folding those into the dish, remove from heat, transfer to a dish, and serve.

  • 蕃茄:2 杯,切片
  • 豆腐:3-4 杯,切小塊
  • 九層塔:幾片
  • 鹽、糖:少許
  • 燒菜油:少許
  • 水:半杯

做 法

Step 1
把蕃茄洗淨切片,豆腐切成小塊備用
Step 2
在鍋裏放點油,以中火先炒蕃茄至熟軟
Step 3
加入豆腐,少量的鹽,糖,輕輕炒勻,再加入半杯水蓋上鍋蓋燜 1-2 分鐘,開鍋蓋加入九層塔葉子輕輕翻一下即可起鍋食用。
