87 Braised Tomato and Tofu * * *
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of tomato, sliced
- 3-4 cups of tofu, cut into bite-sized squares
- A few basil leaves
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- A dash of cooking oil
- 1/2 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Wash and slice the tomatoes. Cut the tofu into bite-sized squares and set aside. |
Step 2 |
Add oil to a wok or pan and stir-fry the tomatoes over medium heat until they are soft. |
Step 3 |
Add the tofu and a pinch of salt and sugar. Gently stir-fry until well mixed. Then add half a cup of water, put the lid over the pan, and simmer for 1-2 minutes. Next take off the lid and add the basil leaves. After folding those into the dish, remove from heat, transfer to a dish, and serve. |

- 蕃茄:2 杯,切片
- 豆腐:3-4 杯,切小塊
- 九層塔:幾片
- 鹽、糖:少許
- 燒菜油:少許
- 水:半杯
做 法
Step 1 |
把蕃茄洗淨切片,豆腐切成小塊備用 |
Step 2 |
在鍋裏放點油,以中火先炒蕃茄至熟軟 |
Step 3 |
加入豆腐,少量的鹽,糖,輕輕炒勻,再加入半杯水蓋上鍋蓋燜 1-2 分鐘,開鍋蓋加入九層塔葉子輕輕翻一下即可起鍋食用。 |
