89 Braised Seaweed and Fried Tofu
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of Chinese thick seaweed or fresh seaweed, soaked until soft
- 3 cups of fried tofu puffs
- 6-7 slices of ginger
- 1 green onion, chopped
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of cooking oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 4-6 cups of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Blanch the fried tofu in boiling water. Remove from the boiling water and set aside. |
Step 2 |
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. First stir-fry the ginger slices, then add the seaweed and stir-fry them together. Next add the soy sauce, salt, sugar, chopped green onion, and water. Cover the pot and simmer. |
Step 3 |
After simmering for 30 minutes, mix in the fried tofu. If most of the water has boiled away at this point, add more. Cover again and continue to simmer until the seaweed is thoroughly cooked and soft all the way through. Ladle up the dish and serve. |
89 紅燒海帶豆腐裹
材料
- 海帶結:2 杯,泡軟
- 油豆腐裹:3 杯
- 薑片:6-7 片
- 蔥:1 根
- 醬油、燒菜油:少許
- 鹽、糖:少許
- 水:4-6 杯,如不夠中間可再加
做 法
Step 1 |
把豆腐裹在滾水裡燙一下,撈起備用 |
Step 2 |
鍋裡放點油以中火先炒薑片,再放入海帶同炒一下,加入醬油,糖,蔥段,和水一起紅燒,並蓋上鍋蓋去燜 |
Step 3 |
煮三十分鐘後加入豆腐裹拌均勻,如水不夠可再加些水,再蓋上蓋子去燜至海帶熟軟,即可盛出食用 |
