91 Bean Sprouts Mixed with Dried Tofu and Cilantro * *
Ingredients
- 2 cups of mung bean sprouts, wash and remove roots
- 1 cup of dried tofu, cut into thin strips
- 1 cup of cilantro, chopped
- A dash of soy sauce
- A dash of sesame oil
- A dash of vinegar
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
Directions
Step 1 |
Cook the dried tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and drain the excess water. Cut into thin strips. |
Step 2 |
In a large bowl mix together the dried tofu strips, mung bean sprouts, and chopped cilantro. Add all of the seasonings and mix until everything is evenly distributed and serve. |
