91 Bean Sprouts Mixed with Dried Tofu and Cilantro * *

Ingredients

  • 2 cups of mung bean sprouts, wash and remove roots
  • 1 cup of dried tofu, cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup of cilantro, chopped
  • A dash of soy sauce
  • A dash of sesame oil
  • A dash of vinegar
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar

Directions

Step 1
Cook the dried tofu in boiling water for 2 minutes. Remove and drain the excess water. Cut into thin strips.
Step 2
In a large bowl mix together the dried tofu strips, mung bean sprouts, and chopped cilantro. Add all of the seasonings and mix until everything is evenly distributed and serve.

  • 綠豆芽:2 杯,洗淨去根
  • 豆腐乾絲:1 杯,切細絲
  • 香菜末:1 杯
  • 醬油、麻油、醋:各少許
  • 鹽、糖:少許

做 法

Step 1
把豆腐乾在滾水中煮 2 分鐘,拿出瀝乾水分,切成細絲
Step 2
把豆乾絲放入容器中,加入綠豆芽,香菜末,再加入全部的調味料,拌均勻即可食用。
