92 Braised Tomatoes, Onions, and Green Beans
INGREDIENTS
- 2 cups of tomato, sliced
- 4 cups of green beans, washed and broken into 2” lengths
- 1 cup of onion, thinly sliced
- A dash of oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
- 1/2-1 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Rinse and slice the tomatoes. Peel and thinly slice the onion. Set aside. |
Step 2 |
Wash the green beans and snap them into 2” lengths. |
Step 3 |
Heat oil in a pot over medium heat. Stir-fry the onions first. Then add the tomatoes and green beans and mix evenly. As you stir add the salt, sugar, and water. Cover the pot and simmer until the green beans are completely cooked and soft. Then transfer to a dish and serve. |

- 蕃茄:2 杯,切片
- 四季豆:4 杯,洗淨折成 2 長段
- 洋蔥:1 杯,切粗絲
- 油:少許
- 鹽、糖:少許
- 水:1/2-1 杯

鍋中倒少許油以中火先炒洋蔥,在加入蕃茄和四季豆炒均勻,同時加入鹽糖,水,蓋上蓋子去燜至四季豆完全熟軟即可裝盤食用。 |
