302 Stir Fried Snap Peas with Oyster Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS (2 servings)

  • 1 cup of  (pearl) oyster mushrooms, discard the root and tear remainder into even pieces with your hands
  • 3 cups of sugar snap peas
  • 1/4 cup of carrot, thinly sliced
  • A pinch of julienned ginger
  • A dash of canola oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the julienned ginger. Next add the sliced carrot and stir fry.
Step 2
Then add the snap peas, salt, and water. Let everything cook together for 1 minute and then add the mushrooms. Stir until everything is evenly distributed then serve.
