306 Sweet and Sour Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Pineapple
INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings)
- 1 cup total of red, green, and yellow bell peppers, chopped
- 2 cups of mushrooms, cut in half
- 1/2 cup of onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup of pineapple, fresh or canned, cut into small chunks
- A dash of canola oil
- A pinch of sugar
- A dash of salt
- A dash of black pepper
- A bit of cornstarch or corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup of water
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onions, pineapple, bell peppers, and mushrooms. |
Step 2 |
Next add the sugar, salt, and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Finally stir in the well-combined cornstarch mixture, and then serve. |
