306 Sweet and Sour Mushrooms, Bell Peppers, and Pineapple

INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings)

  • 1 cup total of red, green, and yellow bell peppers, chopped
  • 2 cups of mushrooms, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup of onions, chopped
  • 1/3 cup of pineapple, fresh or canned, cut into small chunks
  • A dash of canola oil
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A dash of salt
  • A dash of black pepper
  • A bit of cornstarch or corn flour mixed with 1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the onions, pineapple, bell peppers, and mushrooms.
Step 2
Next add the sugar, salt, and black pepper and mix thoroughly. Finally stir in the well-combined cornstarch mixture, and then serve.
