307 Stir Fried Bell Peppers and Dried Tofu in Black Bean Sauce

INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings)

  • 1 cup of green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup of dried tofu, diced
  • 1/5 cup of chili peppers, very thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp of black bean sauce
  • A dash of canola oil
  • A dash of low-sodium soy sauce
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the black bean sauce and chili peppers.
Step 2
Add the green bell pepper, dried tofu and stir fry until heated through and evenly coated with the sauce. Finally add the low-sodium soy sauce, salt, and sugar. Stir until everything has been evenly distributed and serve.
