311 Stir Fried Baby Bok Choy, Bean Sprouts, and Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings)

  • 2 cups of bean sprouts
  • 1 cup of baby bok choy, cut into sections
  • 2-3 dried shitake mushrooms, thinly sliced (soak in water until soft, drain and remove stems before cutting)
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Stir fry the ginger and mushrooms first.
Step 2
Next add the baby bok choy and stir fry for 1 minute. Finally, add the bean sprouts and salt. Stir fry until the sprouts are cooked and everything is evenly distributed, then serve.
