312 Braised Okra, Tomato, and Brussels Sprouts

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 1 cup of okra, cut diagonally in chunks
  • 1 cup of tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, cut in sections
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. First stir fry the ginger and tomato.
Step 2
Then add in the Brussels sprouts and okra. Next add the water. Increase the heat and allow everything to simmer together for 1 minute. Finally, stir in the salt. Remove from heat and cool a little before serving.
