313 Braised Nagaimo Yam, Sweet Potato, and Peas

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 1 cup of nagaimo yam, diced
  • 1 cup of of purple sweet potato, diced
  • 1/2 cup of peas
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, diced
  • 1 cup of water
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a large pan or wok and stir fry the carrots first. Then add the purple sweet potato and peas, and stir fry until everything is evenly distributed. Next, add the water, bring to a boil and simmer for 1 minute.
Step 2
Finally add the nagaimo yam and salt. Stir until the yam has been heated completely through (or until it has reached your desired texture), remove from heat, and serve.
