316 Stir Fried Bean Sprouts with Carrots, Celery, and Black Fungus

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, julienned
  • 1 cup of Chinese celery, cut to short lengths
  • 1/2 cup of black fungus, julienned (soak in water until soft, drain and remove stems before cutting)
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar
  • A pinch of pepper
  • A dash of sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ginger, black fungus, and carrots. Continue to cook until the carrots become flexible.
Step 2
Next add the celery, bean sprouts, salt, sugar, and pepper. Stir until everything has become evenly distributed. Finally, add a few drops of sesame oil, stir, and serve.
