320 Stir Fried White Water Snowflake with Lily Bulbs
INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)
- 3 cups of white water snowflake, cut to 3” lengths
- 1 cup of lily bulbs, remove the outer layer and pull apart into thin slices (you can also use the dried variety found in stores and soak it in water before using)
- 1/2 cup of carrot, finely diced
- A little bit of ginger, julienned
- A dash of cooking oil
- A pinch of salt
- A pinch of sugar
DIRECTIONS
Step 1 |
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ginger and carrots. Then stir in the white water snowflake and mix evenly. |
Step 2 |
Next stir in the lily bulb. Finally add the salt and sugar and stir fry until everything is evenly distributed and heated thoroughly. |
