325 Stir Fried Bell Pepper, Bean Sprouts, and Dried Tofu

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 1 cup total of red, green, and yellow Bell peppers; julienned
  • 2 cups of bean sprouts
  • 1 cup of unseasoned dried tofu, cut into thin strips
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A pinch of sugar

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ginger, dried tofu, and Bell peppers.
Step 2
Next stir in the bean sprouts. Finally add the salt and sugar, stir everything together, and serve.
