328 Stir Fried Bell Peppers with String Beans

INGREDIENTS (1-2 servings)

  • 1 cup total of red and yellow Bell peppers, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup of string beans, cut in half, blanched, and drained
  • 1/2 cup of dried shiitake mushrooms, soaked in water until soft, drained, and thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of carrots, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the shiitake mushrooms and carrots.
Step 2
When the carrots start to become flexible, then add the Bell peppers, string beans, and a little bit of water. Stir fry for 1 minute and finally add the salt. When the salt has been evenly distributed, serve.
