336 Stir Fried Sugar Snap Peas, Red Peppers, and King Oyster Mushrooms

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 1 cup of king oyster mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup of sugar snap peas
  • 1/2 cup of red pepper, julienned
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • 1-2 Tbsp of water
  • A dash of coking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of sesame oil

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ginger. Then add the sugar snap peas and 1 tablespoon of water. Stir fry until the snap peas turn bright green.
Step 2
Next add the king oyster mushrooms and red pepper. Then add the salt and sesame oil. Stir fry until everything has been cooked through and serve.
