339 Stir Fried Cabbage, Broccoli, Bell Pepper, Oyster Mushrooms, and Black Fungus

INGREDIENTS (4 servings)

  • 1/3 cup of red Bell pepper, julienned
  • 3 cups of cabbage, thickly sliced
  • 1/2 cup of (pearl) oyster mushroom, remove stems and tear into pieces before using
  • 1/2 cup of black fungus; soak in water until soft, remove the stems, cut into large chunks, boil, and drain before using
  • 1/2 cup of broccoli, cut into small pieces and blanched
  • A small handful of cellophane noodles/glass noodles/bean vermicelli (optional), soaked in water until flexible
  • A little bit of ginger, julienned
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt
  • A dash of water

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and stir fry the ginger. Then add the cabbage, black fungus, and water. Stir fry until the cabbage becomes flexible.
Step 2
Then add the red Bell pepper, broccoli, oyster mushrooms, and cellophane noodles. When everything is cooked through, stir in the salt and serve.
