344 Scrambled Eggs with Green Onion

INGREDIENTS (2-4 servings)

  • 2 cups of (pearl) green onion, cut into short lengths
  • 5 eggs, beaten
  • A dash of cooking oil
  • A pinch of salt

DIRECTIONS

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan and scramble the eggs until they’re half-cooked small lumps. Remove the eggs from the pan and set aside.
Step 2
Heat more oil in the pan and stir fry the pearl green onions. Then add the half-cooked eggs and mix them in. Finally, add the salt, stir until the egg is completely cooked, and serve.
